I had a fantastic five-day family getaway at Smugglers' Notch Resort. The spacious two-bedroom apartment was perfect for my family, with great views overlooking the village green. However, I found many activities came with extra fees, and we were unexpectedly charged for a daycare service on our checkout day. Overall, the kids enjoyed the camps and pools, making it a fun and nice vacation.

While I appreciated the dining options, I found the restaurants to be overpriced and the quality mediocre. We ended up cooking meals in our unit, which was a better option.

I had a mixed experience at Smugglers' Notch. While the resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with spacious condos and plenty of activities, I found some aspects disappointing, like the extra charges for certain amenities and the odor in our condo. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay, but I expected more for the price we paid.

The condo was spacious and centrally located, accommodating our family comfortably. However, a severe odor in the basement room was quite off-putting.

Staff were generally friendly and responsive, though the issue with the odor in our condo wasn’t adequately addressed, which affected our stay.

Being just across from the pool was a plus, and the surrounding area was beautiful, though accessing skiing was inconvenient due to a lift closure.
Dining

Dining options were decent but a bit pricey; I particularly enjoyed our dinner at Morse Grill, even if kids' meals were overpriced.
Facilities

The resort has tons of activities and facilities, including a great arcade and pool, but some came with additional fees, which I found frustrating.

I had a fantastic time at Smugglers' Notch Resort with its amazing mountain views and extensive family-friendly activities. While the skiing was excellent, I did find some of the costs for additional activities could add up quickly. Dining options on-site exceeded my expectations, though I encountered limited restaurant availability before Thanksgiving. Overall, the atmosphere felt like home away from home, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy.
